Kelli Donigian
Office AdministratorI grew up in a farming community in Iowa, where this small-town, mid-western girl couldn’t wait to venture outside cornfields in exchange for skyscrapers and bright lights in Los Angeles. I resided in LA for 25 years where I enjoyed a variety of positions in the legal and medical arenas. My most challenging position was that of Disaster Response Program Manager for the American Red Cross, where I stayed very busy due to the havoc caused by Mother Nature’s wrath (wildfires, floods and earthquakes). Having lost my homes in both an F5 tornado in Iowa and the 6.0 Northridge earthquake, I understand what it is like to be impacted by a natural disaster and the importance of recovery in its aftermath. The fast-lane was not as appealing to us after the birth of our child, so my husband and I decided to slow down our pace by relocating up to the San Bernardino Mountains where we enjoyed a beautiful, peaceful mountain community for another 10 years. Family loyalty and responsibility drew us to Colorado in 2015 where we chose to be near our transplanted Iowa family. We exchanged our familiar San Bernardino Mountains for the rugged Rockies.
After getting settled in Colorado, I was unsure of what career path to pursue, but I knew that I wanted to be in an energetic, positive and healthy work environment. BINGO…Colorado in Motion called me for an interview. I was initiated into the therapy working world by covering the front desk at our busy Harmony Clinic before accepting the opportunity to learn our Industrial Health side of the business at our Windsor Clinic. I enjoy this team of devoted professionals and am inspired by everyone’s passions both inside and outside of the clinic.
I have been exploring all that Colorado has to offer and have challenged myself to many hikes in the mountains. Although I miss the Pacific Ocean, I am finding solitude in the lovely mountain lakes and streams available in Colorado in addition to all of the wildlife that exist in these habitats. I have also found a passion in photography, where I have captured spectacular mountain landscapes, wildlife and my newest interest – barns! These historic structures are disappearing from our landscape and I am determined to photograph EVERY one of them while dragging my family along for the adventure. I guess things have gone full circle for me…I have returned to my country-girl roots and am enjoying life as the Barn Goddess…in motion.

Susan Fiske
Office Administrator
Susan Fiske
Office AdministratorI grew up in Northwest New Jersey, and grew up skiing. My father opened a ski and sport shop when I was 15 and cemented my love of the sport. After graduating high school I taught skiing at the local ski areas until a childhood friend who had moved to Colorado called and convinced me to check out the skiing there.
I moved to Summit County in 1975 and have been in Colorado ever since. I worked in food and beverage for 30 years and decided I needed a career change. I began working as an administrative assistant. In 2016 I started having trouble breathing in the higher elevation, so since my daughter and grandkids lived in Fort Collins, it seemed like the ideal place to relocate. I have worked for CPA’s for the last 8 years, but again decided on a career change. I was drawn to Colorado in Motion by the job description and working more closely with people.
