Holden Sakala, PT, DPT
Holden received his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2019 from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to completing graduate school, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado (though his parents are proud CSU Rams and remind him of their allegiances frequently). Whilte at the University of Pittsburgh, Holden spent considerable time traininging within the UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program where he studied the integrative management of concussion through vestibular and exertion-based treatment models. After completing his time in Pittsburgh, Holden moved to Columbus, Ohio where he continued his management of vestibular and concussion populations alongside patients with orthopedic injuries. Though he enjoyed his time in Pennsylvania and Ohio, his home ini Colorado ultimately proved too difficult to stay away from. Holden returns to Colorado with excitement and passion for serving the community that has poured so much effort into shaping him.
In his spare time, you will find Holden caring for his canine companions, attempting to play the piano, fixing his golf swing (unsuccessfully), supporting Colorado sports franchises, and pursuing his ultimate dream of becoming a world-class pickleball player.
